From Food Journalist to Fiction Novelist: Award-Winning Author Mary Carroll Moore
When Lynne Golodner was a child, she carried around a corduroy-covered journal and filled the pages with stories, poems, and skits. Writing has always been her way of making sense of the world, of seeing the beauty in ordinary moments. She keeps that journal on a shelf behind her desk now to remind her to stay true to the person she’s always been. Lynne spent 15 years as a journalist in New York, Washington, D.C., and Detroit. She earned an MFA in Writing from Goddard College, and she has taught writing in universities and around the world for decades.
