Something to believe in…

I think we’re all, always, looking for something (or someone) to believe in, right? It’s natural, it’s normal… it’s right. Believing in things (or people) is what keeps us going, makes us feel grounded and connected and alive. Personally, I believe in a lot of things… and only a handful of people. The people know who they are, but the things, well, they’re pretty universal, I think.

I believe in humanity–

in the existence of the greater side of it.

I believe in humility–

knowing how small and fragile we really are & how quickly everything can change.

I believe in inherent kindness, compassion, decency, gratitude… goodness.

I believe in good humans. This is why I feel so strongly about my line of statement clothing, mugs and totes. It’s not the product, it’s the message. That message is simply “Be a #goodhuman“. It’s what we want from our children, our family, friends, acquaintances and strangers we meet by chance. It’s our duty to be good humans and put good humans into the world.

That’s how I see it, anyhow. If you agree, and if you are trying to be the best good human you can be, trying to raise good humans, and if you agree that the world could use some gentle reminders of that boundless need for goodness, please consider my #goodhuman line.
