The latest episode of The Elsa Kurt Show with my favorite co-host Clay Novak was one for the books — or at least for the incoming subpoenas. We hit seven hot-button issues that the legacy media either won’t touch or is busy spinning into politically correct pudding.

🔥TERROR IN BOULDER: But Let’s Not Call It That?
So here’s what happened: A man from Egypt — who overstayed his visa — decided to douse pro-Israel demonstrators with a makeshift flamethrower while yelling “Free Palestine.” You’d think this would be a slam-dunk terrorism charge, right?
FBI Director Kash Patel called it exactly what it was: a “targeted terror attack.”
But Deputy Director Dan Bongino — in wat sounds like classic government doublespeak — watered it down to “ideologically motivated violence.” Because we can’t hurt the terrorist’s feelings, apparently?!
Meanwhile, mainstream outlets barely mentioned that one of the victims was an 88-year-old Holocaust survivor. Nope — they were too busy sympathizing with the attacker’s family, who might now face deportation.
America last. Again.
✈️ DRONES, WARFARE & BORDER NIGHTMARES
Ukraine just pulled off a drone strike so effective it wiped out a third of Russia’s cruise missile bombers — around $7 billion in firepower.
Good news for Ukraine? Sure.
But terrifying news for us?
Absolutely.
These drones were smuggled into Russia, then launched from inside the country. Let me spell it out: if they can do it, so can terrorists here. And with our open-border policies? We’ve got zero clue who’s already inside.
As Clay pointed out: you can’t defend a homeland you’re too afraid to define.
🎓VALS, VICTIMHOOD & VIOLATED CONTRACTS
At NYU and MIT, some valedictorians pulled a bait-and-switch — signing agreements to give pre-approved speeches, only to turn their moment into anti-Israel propaganda hours before walking the stage.
Spoiler alert: the universities said “nope,” yanked the diplomas, and reminded everyone what “consequences” means.
And predictably, the woke outrage machine kicked into gear: “Free speech!” they cried. But no one stopped them from speaking — they just weren’t entitled to a diploma for breaking the rules. Actions. Meet. Outcomes.
🏃♀️MEN IN WOMEN’S SPORTS: STILL HAPPENING
If you’re still on the fence about whether allowing biological males in girls’ sports is a problem, allow us to drag the fence to your front lawn.
In California, a trans athlete dominated the high jump and triple jump.
In Minnesota? A trans softball player pitched 14 shutout innings.
In Connecticut? Two trans athletes took the top spots in girls’ track — both were middle-of-the-pack when competing against other boys.
Tell me again how this protects girls’ opportunities.

🎭 KJP FLIPS, CHRISLEYS FREED, AND THE “FAKE INDEPENDENT” SCHEME
Two last-minute bombshells dropped before we hit “record”:
Karine Jean-Pierre (yes, that Biden press secretary) is now calling herself an “Independent” and releasing a tell-all that calls the White House “broken.”
Todd and Julie Chrisley got pardoned and walked free after their fraud convictions.
So what’s the play here?
We think the Democrats are prepping a “fake middle ground” — peeling off former loyalists and rebranding them as “independents” to dupe moderate Republicans into voting blue. It’s a con. A costume. A calculated move to sway 2024’s razor-thin margins.
And trust us — we’re not buying it.
